Dayco Construction, Inc.
is owned and operated by Derrell and Lisa Day. Derrell, a third generation
builder and Master Finish Carpenter, is a hands on builder and
we are known for our attention to detail and customer satisfaction. We limit
ourselves to 4-6 projects a year so we can devote the time necessary to building
the very best home available in today's market.
Derrell is a nationally published author with
"The Journal of Light Construction" and "Hanley-Wood Publications" as well as
veteran contributor to JLC Finish Carpentry Forums. We are proud members of the
Panama City-Bay County Home Builders Association where Derrell serves on the
Executive Directors Board and as First Vice-President. He is also the 2007
Parade of Homes Chairman and the selected builder for the PC-BC HBA 2007
Scholarship Display Home.
Our homes are constructed to meet the standards
set forth in the "Residential Construction Performance Guidelines©" adopted by
the National Association of Homebuilders and The Professional Remodelers Council. We are also
a "Certified VA Builder". Derrell was recently selected as
the President of the Bay County Homebuilders Association.
